虫草花 ~ 是一种菌类。与常见的香菇、草菇等食用菌相似,只是菌种,生长环境和生长条件不同。虫草花不仅含有丰富的蛋白质和氨基酸,而且含有多种人体所需的微量元素,被选为上等的滋补佳品。
虫草花以人工培育居多。因为虫草花的颜色是橙黄色的,所以有些不法商家会用硫磺染色。选购虫草花的时候要注意,摸摸看会不会掉色,看看虫草花的根部有没有腐烂,以此来判断是否新鲜。但是,当浸泡的时候有染色现象,那是正常的。

将鸡腿汆烫数分钟 ,撕去皮和多余的脂肪后清洗干净。
玉米剥去外衣和玉米须,清洗干净后,切成段,再剖成半。
将泡软的虫草花捞起,挤干水分。
姜去皮后,切成薄片。
淮山洗净。
枸杞洗净。

除了枸杞,把所有材料都摆进汤锅里,加半锅水。
开大火煮滚后,转中火煲 1/2 个小时。
